"Just Breathe"


In our lives, we experience many things. These experiences allow us to learn from our mistakes, learn from others, it allows us to reach out and try other goals never expected to reach or sometimes some experiences can consume our energy leaving us tired, worn and sometimes torn.

 Regardless of how we absorb and extract from these experiences, it can either help us or hinder us. As I sometimes feel overwhelmed by so much that life throws at us, I've learned to "Just Breathe" By just stopping what I am doing at the moment, closing my eyes and just by hearing the deep sounds of my breath, I can feel my heart settle down by releasing a jolt of peace.

So if you ever feel like your life is choking you...
"JUST BREATHE".
