5 Essentials Needed in Our Emergency Preparedness Bag

There are so many items that are needed to complete an emergency preparedness bag. So for the next few weeks I will be posting 5 items that are essential to have in your emergency bag.

In a ziploc bag or in an old eye glass case you can put in some nail care needs

In a Ziploc bag you can put in some small needed items like: deodorant, lotion, tissues, feminine pads, razors, shampoo, conditioner, chap stick, bath soaps, toothpaste & toothbrush, hair spray, baby powder and mouth rinses.

In another Ziploc bag you can include: an emergency first aid kit, eye drops, ear drops, mouth coverings, skin rash lotions, assorted nursing tapes, poison ivy and poison oak spray, rectal & oral thermometers, alcohol & germicide wipes.

In another Ziploc put in a tooth brush, toothpaste & teeth floss string and some Qtips..

All emergency bags should have a pair of hair cutting scissors, comb, hair pins and rubber bands.

Preparing for an emergency allows us to have peace of mind knowing we have done what we are asked to do.
