Homemade Kale Chips

What a lovely Sunday.
 The day started as a very cloudy rainy day and by noon the rain had stopped and the sun was shining brightly. With that note I desired to have some kale chips, so after a good wash I drizzled them with olive oil, I then sprinkled some garlic & onion powder and some salt.  Then baked them at 250 degrees for 3 hours. They were divine and they took away my salt desires. They are great as a treat for any diet and since I am a gluten free vegan, they fall into my daily plant base diet...they are delicious.
