2013 (WOW)-2014 (YES!)

Hello everyone.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful one. I also want to wish you all a very healthy and prosperous New Year.

2013 was an extremely busy year for me since I spent all year in the house working on all the Christmas presents for my loved ones. Since I never went out other than for groceries, running errands and church; I vowed that this next year was totally for me and what I love the most.

For many years my life has been focused on everyone else and I have let myself go. I've gain much unnecessary weight and I've abandoned myself in keeping up with my appearance. So...much care to myself is my goal this year. I really need to dedicate more time to myself and doing the things I enjoy.

Here are some goals for me to enjoy and work on.

1. Join a gym and take good care of myself.

2. Take a 30 minute walk everyday.

3. Read a lot.

4. Work on genealogy and go to the temple a lot.

5. Spend more time with family and friends.

So hopefully 2014 can be my year to work on me, enjoy myself and do some much needed temple work...as much as possible.

Have a great New Year's and stay healthy...physically and spiritually.

  1. sounds good, self care always seems to be last on our list rather than first!
