A New Birth

Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. It is a time for cleaning our homes, shedding our own skin, birthing ourselves to be better than who we are and recommitting ourselves to a new you in weight, sharp mental abilities and a new outlook on life. 

Just like plants...

and flowers our lives can be reborn and reshaped to become a better you and to shine our lovely colors before others.
