Eating well...The Word of Wisdom
In these latter days, eating well can save our lives. Eating lots of fresh greens, fruits and avoiding fat fried foods is so essential in living a longer life.
Today I am grateful for good healthy foods that cleanses and gives good nutrients to my body. It is part of the word of wisdom. Following that health code can literally expand our lives and keep us living without catastrophic ailments.
As a gluten free vegan I am grateful to God for enlightening me to stay focus on good food and being diligent to take care of my body.
