Two Great Dinners That Heal
Good day everyone,
There are so many great meals that heal and can restore you towards health. But there is nothing greater than a plate full of vegetables. Vegetables are not only a healing food for many ailments it is also a very nutritious food. Vegetables are high in iron, calcium, potassium, and loaded with great essential vitamins. This past couple of days I made some roasted vegetables with potatoes and plantains in it and I also made a taco salad served with homemade tortillas...delicious!
had a potato bar the other night loaded with lots of yummy toppings-mushrooms, pineapple, green onions, butter, etc. Fun food!
