Holy Week ...Jesus..."Called to Serve"



As Jesus was growing up He knew He came to fulfill the will of God.  

Throughout His earthy years here on earth He:

 

He preached the gospel to everyone.

He taught religious teachings in the temple.

He changed water into wine.

He drove the money changers from the temple.

He taught a Pharisee named Nicodemus about being born again.

He was baptized by John the Baptist.

He fasted for 40 days and was tempted by Satan.

He called and ordained twelve apostles to follow Him and to be His teachers in teaching the gospel.

He healed the paralyzed.

He raised the dead.

He performed miracles.

 He healed the lepers.

He gave the deaf hearing.

He lifted the lame.

He healed the blind.

He loved the children

Shortly before the Passover Jesus fed 5,000 with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes.

He taught on the Sermon on the Mount about the Beatitudes.

He calmed the raging storm at the Sea of Galilee.

He commanded the legions of devils to depart, they emerged into swine.

He spoke in parables.

He washed the disciples feet.

Jesus taught the Pharisees about Satan and the consequences of blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.

He walked on water.

Jesus declares He is the Bread of Life, The Son of God.

He was transfigured and Peter, James and John receive the Priesthood keys.

He taught about prayer.

He taught about the "Strait Gate" and who may enter His kingdom.

He is THE CHRIST

"The Son of God".
